RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We work really hard to ensure everything we sell is perfect when it arrives through your door.
We source high quality speciality coffees and put hours in to ensuring it is roasted to accentuate all the hard work the farmers and producers have put in to their crop. If, for whatever reason, you feel like we’ve let the side down and are not happy with the quality of your coffee, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will endeavour to make amends.
If you’ve bought some snazzy merchandise, and it has arrived damaged, faulty or in the incorrect size, please contact us via email and we will discuss the best option for you. If returning clothing, kitchenware or coffee equipment, please ensure it is returned in unused/unworn condition.
If you really hate what you’ve purchased and would like your money back, please return within 7 working days and we can refund your purchase.

Please contact us via email. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to have fully responded and rectified within 21 working days.
